Meet Erin

Therapy that feels like a real conversation

"Therapy shouldn't feel like a clinical transaction or forty-five minutes of staring at a nod and a clipboard. My style is active, lively, smart, and deeply collaborative. I bring my full human presence into the room—combining humor, sharp clinical attunement, and warmth. We will laugh, we will roll up our sleeves, and we will do real, transformative work together. You bring your full complexity; I bring a steady, engaged, and highly responsive container."

My Clinical Philosophy

Holding the Full Scope of Human Experience

On paper, many of my clients are thriving. They are high-achieving professionals, devoted partners, and self-aware adults who have done significant personal growth work. Yet, beneath the surface, their nervous system is still carrying the weight—showing up as chronic anxiety, over-functioning, relational walls, or friction in their closest partnerships.

Insight alone doesn't settle a dysregulated nervous system, nor does it automatically fix a communication deadlock. You can intellectually understand why a relationship dynamic triggers you, but until your body feels safe and you have the practical tools to relate differently, the pattern repeats.

The Modalities

Intellectual insight is amazing, but it rarely rewires a reactive pattern on its own. Drawing from advanced clinical frameworks, I help you bridge individual somatic wisdom with deep relational dynamics:

  • Somatic Experiencing: Helping your physical body process stored stress, stay grounded during conflict, and show up with calm presence in your daily life.

  • Internal Family Systems: Resolving internal conflict—such as the hyper-independent protector versus the part longing for closeness—so you stop fighting those battles within your relationships.

  • The Gottman Method: Practical tools for couples and individuals to repair communication, navigate conflict, heal breaches of trust, and build lasting intimacy.

  • Intergenerational Systems: Unraveling inherited family-of-origin scripts to create conscious, healthy dynamics today—even with just one person in the room.

Therapy as a “Relational Home”

True relational growth rarely happens on a rigid assembly line. Some clients join me for a focused 3-to-6-month container to navigate an acute life transition or communication crisis.

Many others use my practice as a long-term "Relational Home"—a proactive, high-level investment in their nervous system, marriage, and emotional health across changing life stages. You maintain total agency over your pace, cadence, and duration.
