I provide high-touch care through secure telehealth (via video) for clients across multiple jurisdictions, as well as private multi-hour intensives.

My practice is specifically tailored for self-aware, high-functioning adults and ambitious couples who are looking for more than surface-level coping mechanisms. If you are navigating high-functioning anxiety, relational deadlocks, or long-standing life contexts—such as being an adult child of divorce, processing early parental loss, managing complex family mental health dynamics, or living a global/cross-border life—we will be a strong fit.

Sessions seamlessly combine talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing (bottom-up body regulation), Internal Family Systems (understanding conflicting "parts" of yourself), and Gottman relational principles. Rather than applying a rigid, one-size-fits-all protocol, interventions are tailored to what your nervous system and relationship need in real time.

You maintain total agency over your pace, frequency, and duration. Some clients work with me for a focused 3-to-6-month block to navigate an acute life transition. However, many clients choose to use my practice as a long-term "Relational Home"—staying for several years or returning periodically for seasonal 2-month tune-ups as their careers, marriages, and families evolve.

The complimentary 15-minute consultation is a relaxed, low-pressure conversation to discuss what you're seeking, answer any questions about my approach, and ensure our work together feels like the right alignment for your goals. If we agree it’s a good fit, we will schedule your comprehensive initial assessment.

I operate as a fee-for-service, boutique out-of-pocket practice. I do not bill insurance directly, which allows us complete clinical freedom, absolute privacy, and care unencumbered by insurance-mandated diagnosis rules.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly itemized receipt (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
